MARESCA TEXTILES is committed to making a quality, well designed product and enjoys feedback of any kind to ensure consistent, excellent quality.
All products are machine washed and dried prior to shipment. Kitchen towels are machine washable and will only get softer with more washing. To ensure colorfastness and quality of linen pillows, please hand wash.
Because all products are hand made to order, please note some color variation can occur.
Payment
We accept PayPal including all major credit cards as well as personal checks. If you wish to pay with check, please email with order details. Taxes and fees are included in sale price.
If you wish to cancel and order it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
Shipping
The shipping cost included in the sale of our products is for USPS delivery only. If you wish to use an expedited shipping method (UPS) please email or call prior to placing your order. Additional fees will apply.
All MARESCA TEXTILES are made to order and require 1 - 4 weeks lead time depending on the product and date of order. We will notify you via email if we will require more than 2 weeks to ship your order. Please contact us for further information.
You will receive email confirmation once your item has shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are dedicated to providing you with a quality product. If merchandise arrives damaged or does not meet your personal standards, please return for a full refund within 10 business days of shipment email.
(Please note: return shipping cost will not be included in refund)
We are able to do custom orders upon request. Because all fabrics are made to order, custom coloring is also available. Please contact us with any custom order inquiries.
